Job Description
  • Ensuring the connectivity and flow between artists, game designers and developers
  • Making graphical assets compatible with the project
  • Creating and maintaining a smooth workflow for graphic designers
  • Improving render-, shader-, texture and lighting methods
  • Improving 3D modelling-, rigging- and animation pipelines
  • Creating LOD-s, optimizing graphical assets
  • Proposing possible solutions for game designers, graphical artists and developers
  • Relevant university degree
  • At least 3 years of work experience in game development
  • At least 1 published game/project you’ve worked on
  • Professional knowledge of 3D softwares and game engines
  • Passion for game development and games in general
Preferred skills:
  • Knowledge of Unreal Engine or Unity
  • Experience in using 3ds Max and Maya
  • Willing to participate in process automatization
  • Knowledge of C++, C#, python or similar programming languages
  • Experience in digital lighting
  • Experience in shader- or material programming
  • Algorithmic, analytical mindset
